On My Own’s In-Home Care is agency directed and provides nursing services and aide care for people of all ages and disabilities. The program is available to residents of Bates,, Cedar, Hickory, St. Clair and Vernon Counties.
The Consumer Directed Services (CDS) program provides assistance to individuals with disabilities who are 18 years of age or older and are able to self-direct their own care. With this program, the Consumer is able to hire their own personal care attendant to perform routine tasks of daily living and other tasks the Consumer is unable to perform alone, allowing the Consumer to live independently.
On My Own’s DMH Independent Living Services are available to individuals with developmental disabilities. Participants will work with a DMH Specialist to achieve their goals.
As a Center for Independent Living, we offer an array of services to help empower individuals with disabilities. Our Five Core Services are essential in helping individuals achieve their goals.
On My Own’s Supported Employment Services provides employment services to individuals with disabilities. All participants will work with an Employment Specialist to achieve their goals. The program is available to residents of Bates, Benton, Cedar, Henry, Hickory, Polk, St. Clair and Vernon Counties.
