The CDS
Attendant application is for those interested in working for the Consumer Directed Program. You would be an employee
of the consumer, not On My Own, Inc. On My Own, Inc. will list you on an available attendant list for consumers to choose
from or you may already have someone you would like to work for.
The In Home Attendant application is for those
interested in working for the Agency Directed Program. You would be an employee of On My Own, Inc. and we will assign
you to consumers of our choice. You cannot be related to the consumer.
